Malaysia Box Meeting 03062013@ MITC, Melaka
Hello all,
This was the biggest gathering of Hiace Owners in Malaysia and also Hiace enthusiast. Congratulations and a big thanks to all the guys who worked so hard in making it happen. Over 60 Hiace and 100++ people in attendance. Box Styling or Hiace culture is growing strong and hopefully we can expect more styles of modifications in the future.

Hiace Owners In Malaysia.
To All Hiace Fans,
Toyota Hiace is always viewed as a workhorse. nothing more and nothing less. It has been and hopefully always will be the major instrument for many companies in the role of cargo carrier, promotion, transporter,services and various other business purposes.
Many have agreed that this vehicle is among the best choice compared to the others that are available. But this is base on personal preferences. I am not saying that it is the only choice, considering the facts that in certain country it is and sometime a bit on the high side in terms of price. Maybe it is more on vehicle durability or maybe its more on the cost efficiency of the maintenance. Some have agreed on the looks of the vehicle.
There are also who see it as the many potential it holds or the many after-market options available.
What ever the reason that may be, it is my personal opinion that it is more than meets the eye. :)
(A bit cliché on my part. I love Transformers, so give me a break)LoL
The workhorse concept can be viewed at another standpoint. As we know, Japan has a totally different perspective over Toyota Hiace. And that particular style is changing the way others view on Toyota Hiace. In our previous sharing in our blog ,we have posted photos of the various option that is available in Japan.
This post is a tribute to Hiace in Malaysia.
In Malaysia, a few enthusiast have got together to form Hiace Owners Malaysia on Facebook

It is still NEW and invitation are still open to all Owners from Malaysia to join.
The objective is to create a healthy community and to share information and also trade goods for Hiace.
It is also to inspire and generate more ideas for creative styling of home grown origin.
Taking into consideration that HIACE styling is an open source concept where it can be from D.I.Y or Customs origins and also aftermarket options, the whole styling concept can be anything depending on the creativity of the owners.
I believe with time, Hiace styling in Malaysia will have a more drastic change and hopefully we can see more vehicles with refreshing ideas and wonderful styles.
With their permission, I would like to share with all Hiace Fans some of their passion for Toyota Hiace:
